About me
We all need help and support at times in our life, sometimes for a short period of time, maybe to help with confidence regarding a certain situation or maybe we require longer term support to help with untangling our past to help shape our future. Whatever the reason, counselling can be a nurturing and reflecting journey, enabling growth and powerful transformation. I learn from my clients as much as they learn from me, as I believe that we are all equal, spiritual beings on this crazy, beautiful and often chaotic human journey. Training, qualifications & experience
I am the facilitator of a weekly women's support group at a local charity and am a part time support worker for a neuro divergent and LGBTQ+ community member.
I am curious about the alternative side of life, including shaminism, astrology and meduimship and am interested in therapy using dance and movement and attend workshops of this nature.
I am a qualified counsellor and am a member of the BACP.

Face to face counselling will take place at my home in Earby and I also offer online counselling sessions.
Walk and talk counselling sessions are also available.
