About us

I provide psychotherapy in-person or online for individuals, families and couples.

I am a senior accredited member of UKCP, CTA and qualified to MSc (with distinction and Metanoia institute London).

I have worked in a variety of settings including Harley Street Therapy and Mind. I have extensive experience working with clients to successfully resolve  a wide range of issues.

For Couples I specialise in issues around unhelpful patterns and cycles of conflict that are impacting the relationship as well as issues around trust, betrayal, intimacy, sex, separation and divorce.

For individuals, I specialise in anxiety, depression, panic attacks, phobias, overwhelming feelings (including; anger, sadness, fear, anxiety, worry, loneliness, emptiness and insecurity), low energy and motivation, low self-esteem, performance anxiety (sport, exams, work etc), intrusive or compulsive thoughts, trauma and post-traumatic stress, sleeping issues, eating disorders (anorexia, bulimia), weight control, body image and rejection issues, sexual problems, obsessive behaviours and OCD, addiction (smoking, gambling, alcohol), loss and bereavement, family and relationship difficulties.

My approach is based on the latest neuroscientific research for healing. This will involve providing respect, compassion and curiosity within a confidential, non judgemental safe space, as we work together to resolve the issues impacting your life and relationships.  I integrate Relational TA, Integrative, person centred and CBT to meet the specific needs of each client.

UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

We have verified that at least one professional at this organisation is registered with the relevant professional body.
