About me

Hi there and welcome. Thank you for taking the time to read a little about me. I hoping you find it helpful in aiding your decision.

Before I tell you about myself, my skillset and experience, here is some feedback from clients I have worked and am currently working with.

"Dani is a very warm professional, she listens and pinpoints quite accurately the issues that transpire from her client's talk. I hope to be able to continue working with her and would recommend her to anyone struggling at this moment in life: it's nice to feel seen and heard."

"Dani is such an excellent and attentive listener. Also very kind and empathetic. Highly recommend. She’s definitely helped me."

I am dedicated to providing a safe and supportive space for individuals to explore their challenges, enhance self-awareness, and work toward positive change. I employ an integrative therapeutic approach, drawing on various modalities to tailor treatment to each client's needs. My approach is client-centred, fostering a collaborative and non-judgmental environment. Through compassionate listening and evidence-based interventions, I guide clients in understanding and addressing the root causes of their concerns.

I have very flexible working hours so I can fit into your schedule. I can work within your time zone if you live outside the UK.

I aim to make therapy as accessible as possible for you. With this in mind, I have the following options available:

  • Face to Face in BCS Counselling Service, Barry.
  • Online via Telehealth, Doxy. me, and WhatsApp
  • Telephone.
  • Text sessions via text message or WhatsApp.
  • Home visits within a 5-mile radius of BCS Mental Health Practise, or Llantwit Major

I regularly attend supervision which ensures I continue to work ethically and appropriately. I am continuously updating my skills and knowledge through continued professional development, reading, and keeping up to date with the most recent advances in psychotherapy, ensuring you are in safe and capable hands at all times.

I spent a year volunteering with an organisation called Ratcliffe and Brown where I worked with clients suffering from anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma, OCD, family issues, and low self-confidence.
