About us

I provide confidential Counselling and Psychotherapy for individuals, couples and families. I am UKCP accredited, CTA and MSc Qualified (with distinction at Metanoia London).

I have extensive experience and have successfully worked with individuals, couples and families to resolve a range of issues. I have worked in a variety of settings including several years for Harley Street Therapy, Mind as well as my private practice. 

With couples I specialise in resolving issues around conflict, betrayal, separation, divorce, intimacy, sexual problems, family issues, childcare, ill health, and financial.

With individual's I have successfully worked with clients to resolve issues including; anxiety, depression, phobias, panic attacks, low self esteem, loneliness, feeling sad, anger, bereavement, trauma, eating disorders, sexual problems, addictions (alcohol, drugs, smoking, gambling, sex, porn), ADHD and Autism. 

My approach is evidence based and draws on the latest Neuroscience into therapeutic healing. I integrate Relational TA, Person centred, integrative and CBT to meet the specific needs of each client.

As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.

UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
