About me

An introduction feels like the right place to start, I am Charlotte - an Integrative Therapist, trained to a Masters level, based in North Duffield, a village near York, Selby & Goole.

I am passionate about working with couples, families, individuals & young people to help co-create more fulfilling relationships, build resilience to hard times and provide a safe, brave space for you to talk about your thoughts and feelings. Helping you develop new perspectives, insights, self-awareness and change to start your journey of self and relational discovery.

*New for 2024* now in collaboration with Blackwood Equine Therapy I offer Equine Assisted Therapy for individuals, couples and families. Find us on Instagram for additional information! 🐴

I offer my clients not only an empathic, non-judgemental, unconditionally positive space, but also culturally aware, trauma, sexuality and gender diversity informed practice that focuses on interpersonal communication and empowerment whilst maintaining awareness of the social influences that affect our lives.

There are no rights or wrongs when seeking therapy - anything from suicidal thoughts, anxiety, panic attacks, depression, arguments, trauma, infidelity, jealousy, loss or simply not feeling fulfilled in life - no problem is too big or too small to bring.

My therapy style is 'Integrative', meaning I pull from many different theories which enables me to meet you where you are at in your life and work creatively to ensure that your therapeutic journey is formed as uniquely as you are yourself.

I work from my own purpose built premises which have been designed to be naturally tranquil, private and comfortable. I believe beautiful, peaceful surroundings help to foster a powerful environment for safety and growth.

So, if you are searching for a place to chat and process life over a hot (or cold!) drink please do enquire about my services, the first step to seeking support is often a hard one, but one you won't regret. It would be an honour to meet you.
