I am Jessica. I offer one to one counselling sessions face to face in private beautiful safe spaces or online with you in yours.
I like creating calming atmospheres for helping people to heal, process and feel good.

Experience:
My best things - family, animals and nature, communication and creativity.
After graduating, I worked in media and the arts for 10 years. Moved to the countryside in 2000 and then immersed myself being mum of 4. I based career life around home life. This includes working as a registered childminder, school nursery practitioner, playgroup manager, forest school leader. I enjoy being self employed. I use caring, creative, communication and professional skills combined with life experience in my counselling. I think you are the expert of your life. I don't know everything but I do know how to listen and be there for you. Tell me about it.
Areas of interest study and research for my 2024 include exploring creative arts therapy and equine assisted therapy. I will also be continuing a passion for the art of self taught, growing, weaving and sculpting willow.

Initial free consultation of up to 20 minutes is offered for you to get a sense of what I offer and how I work. Email me for more info. I work Tuesdays Wednesdays and Thursdays. I will get back to you in working hours as soon as I can.
