Experience:
I’m a Person-Centred Therapist based in Collieston, shaped by a life of creativity, connection, and care.
With a background in media, early years education, and creative arts, I bring a rich blend of experience to my counselling practice.
I hold a PG Dip in Person-Centred Counselling from Aberdeen University and am a Certified Practitioner with the Association for Person-Centred Creative Arts. My work is also informed by training in Equine Facilitated Learning and counselling with translators.
As a mum of four and someone deeply rooted in nature, I offer a grounded, accepting space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings in your own way.
We can talk, walk, or simply sit and be. You’re the expert in your own life—I’m here to listen and support your journey.
