About me

My name is Jessica.

I offer counselling sessions in a yurt. The beautiful calming atmosphere helps with healing, processing and feeling good.

Do you need to sort your head out or process something in your life? Are you ready to feel listened to and supported?

Experience professional, secure, caring confidential counselling with me. No judgement. Just bring yourself. I will support you to explore the reasons for low self esteem, anxiety or feeling depressed or lonely. Are you stuck in a rut? Are there family issues you want to work through? Do you just want a positive sense of well-being again?

Take that leap and email me, maybe it's meant to be.

Embark on your journey to find your inner self peace and love...

Experience:

My best things - family, animals, nature, communication and creativity.

After graduating, I worked in media and the arts for 10 years. Moved to the countryside in 2000 and then immersed myself in being a mum of 4. I based career life around home life. This includes working as a registered childminder, school nursery practitioner, playgroup manager and forest school leader. I enjoy being self employed. I use caring, creative communication and professional skills combined with life experience in my counselling. I think you are the expert of your life. You know the answers. I know how to listen, be there with you and help you find them. Tell me about it.

I like learning new ways of being. In 2024 I did an Introduction course into Equine Assisted Therapy. At the moment I am on the certificate course for APCCA Person Centred Therapeutic Creative Art. I intend to bring this into counselling. Sometimes art has the answers and provides a way to let them out.

In my spare time I like messing about outdoors. I will be continuing a passion for the art of growing, weaving & sculpting willow and trying to grow nice things to eat.

Anyway, that is enough about me to give you a sense of my vibe. I'm offering a safe space and a genuine, warm, caring place of acceptance for you to process what's going in your world. I'd like to hear from you, email me
