Sessions and Fees, my fees are reasonable and are structured per your scheduling preferences. Every client who completes an initial assessment will receive a free thought journal to aid their continuing therapeutic journey. Counselling usually consists of 1-1 weekly 45 minute sessions. For the company’s counselling, for staff welfare and support, prices to be discussed.

Evening and weekday sessions are available. There is a lower price for bungle packages for example: 4 sessions for £200 and 8 sessions at £360. £50 per 1-1 counselling session. £60 per couples counselling online session, via Phone, Video and texts.
