Meet Ness
Hello, I'm Ness, a qualified counsellor and an accredited registrant with the NCPS (National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society). I am committed to providing a safe, respectful, and non-judgemental environment where you can feel heard, understood, and supported. My practice is guided by the NCPS Code of Ethical Practice, ensuring that every client is treated with professionalism, compassion, and confidentiality.
I use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) alongside a person-centred approach to help individuals explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours in a way that promotes understanding, growth, and positive change. I work with people experiencing difficulties such as anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges, including unstable or uncommunicative relationships.
I believe that every person's journey is unique. My aim is to support you in exploring your experiences without discrimination or judgement, helping you build resilience, improve communication, and develop healthier ways of coping with life's challenges.
With over 20 years of experience supporting people from all walks of life, I am passionate about helping individuals regain confidence, find clarity, and move towards a more fulfilling future.
Whatever has brought you here today, you don't have to face it alone.
Start your journey today—I'm here to support you every step of the way.
