About me

I am very passionate about human engagement with themselves and the world. My therapeutic interventions are tailored to meet clients very specific needs with an empathetic and congruent approach. Trust is crucial in my therapy services and and confidentiality an integral part so that the client are served which allow my clients to mirror this way of being in their life outside of the therapy space. In our trusting and congruence, clients are able to share their vulnerabilities so that we both understand how they make sense of their lives and their worldviews and gradually shifts from these. With this we are both able to improve your situations so that your worldview through self value choices, responsibilities and freedom, client can unlock their true potentials, accomplish their purposes in their four existential dimensions whilst minimising the psychological and psychosomatic presentations that influence their live post their challenging experiences.  Engaging with therapy can sometimes bring up your fear, vulnerabilities and doubt thereby making the process daunting, I aim to bring my clients into contact with what matters in life, keep them grounded and assist them to encounter themselves and others better.

With my certificates and qualifications in counselling and psychology, I am also in my fourth year DCPsych Counselling Psychology and Existential Psychotherapy. We believe in my modality that 'Existence precedes Essence'  and work with clients from the existential perspectives that lacking in one dimension affects the other dimensions. I have worked and continue to work with clients with life challenges that have affected them psychologically and have wrongly informed their way of being-in-the-world.

The more one internalises their struggles the worse off the impact on them and their ability to enjoy life. You are not alone,  the first contact is usually difficult but makes all the changes. Reach out to me today and let us take that journey into a more blissful, healthier, happy and more fulfilling future that awaits you.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).

Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.

Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.

All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
