About me

Hi there and welcome, I’m Andrew. I am aware of how daunting seeking help for the first time can be and so creating a safe and secure space for us to work within a non-judgemental and confidential environment is my primary goal. I strive to tailor therapy sessions for you as an individual and hence I view our time together as a collaboration, whilst looking to create a strong working alliance. I also believe that having a Masters in Psychological Sciences enables me to bring a greater depth of understanding to sessions, whilst working within a practical framework.

I use an integrative approach to therapy in order to provide the skills and tools that may be helpful to you on your therapeutic journey. These include, Person-Centred Counselling, Psychodynamic Counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Behaviourism, Existentialism, Attachment Theory, REBT, Transactional Analysis, Systemic Counselling, amongst many others.

I am happy to work face to face, online or over the telephone, as required. If you have any further questions or queries, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me. I look forward to hearing from you!
