I am an experienced counsellor/ therapist and supervisor and I would like to help you.

Please get in touch - 07725 356460 I offer a professional, sensitive and safe environment in which we can work together to unravel your thoughts and feelings to find a constructive way forward.

We will work on :

  •     Clarifying your thoughts and feelings
  •     Understanding what is going on for you
  •     Developing your ability to cope
  •     Looking at your options
  •     Making decisions

My approach has a person centred core where I support you in finding the best way forward that works for you as an individual or couple.  I often CBT if appropriate and can work creatively to help explore hard to reach places with adults and children.

My experience includes:

  • Many years of face to face counselling with individuals and couples.
  • I have worked within secondary schools counselling teenagers.
  • And I have worked as a counsellor at the MacMillan Centre at Trafford General Hospital supporting those with bereavement and terminal illness.

I offer supervision for counsellors and student counsellors. I also supervise counsellors at the Counselling Family Centre in Altrincham.

If you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact me.  I look forward to hearing from you.
