About us
Psyche comes from the Greek word ‘psykhe’, which means “mind, body and soul”. Psyche also meaning “butterfly”, which symbolizes transformation and growth.
There are many approaches to wellness and treatments for various psychological issues. Different therapeutic approaches work differently for different people.
Everyone is unique and at psyche therapy centre we believe in finding what works best for you along with following science and research to help you towards psychological well-being.
There is “no one size fits all” and therefore we would like to offer you the chance to explore finding out what works best for you to treat whatever issue you may be going through.

We realize therapy is not always affordable therefore we offer workshops and group therapy covering many issues to suit your needs.
Training, qualifications & experience
We are an innovative psychological and therapeutic practice which combines the work of psychologists and psychotherapists. All our staff have been specially chosen due to their experience, high standardized training and empathy and passion for their work. Our main aim is to provide you with the best scientifically evidenced practice to help you towards psychological Wellness.

Member organisations *
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
