About me
In our sessions together I create an environment where you can feel safe talking about the issues you’re facing. While empathising with the feelings and emotions you bring to each session, my role is to remain professional in the words I use to help and support you.
During each of our face-to-face or Skype/Zoom/Teams sessions, we’ll focus on finding your strengths, through self-knowledge and awareness, so you can increase them as you use them in everyday life. We’ll also work together to help you develop skills to boost your mental wellbeing.
Depending on what is best suited to you and your counselling or therapy needs, my approach is integrative, so I combine different, but complementary therapeutic techniques to deliver the most effective way forward for you.

I am a fully qualified and NCPS accredited psychotherapist. I also have a background in the NHS as a qualified Mental Health Nurse, having worked in inpatient acute wards, community and the crisis team.
During your sessions, I’ll use my collective professional skills and personal knowledge to offer you a confidential, non-judgmental, empathic, and supportive approach, helping you move forward with your life.
