For individuals I specialise in working with neurodiversity including Autism and ADHD, and a wide range of issues including, Depression, Anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, feelings of rejection and abandonment, overwhelming feelings (anger, sadness, fear, loneliness, emptiness and insecurity), low motivation, low self-esteem, performance anxiety, intrusive thoughts, trauma, and post traumatic stress, sleeping issues, eating disorders, weight control, body image, sexual problems, obsessive and compulsive patterns, OCD, addictions (smoking, gambling, alcohol, sex, internet), loss of a loved one and bereavement and relationship difficulties.
