About me

We can often experience difficulties in the relationships with people we care about in our lives. Whilst this is a normal part of life, these difficulties can sometimes begin to feel stuck, overshadow other parts of our lives, and we can struggle to find ways out of them. Whether these challenges happen between parents or carers, children, siblings or partners, finding a non-judgemental space with a therapist to explore them and find new ways forward can help create meaningful change.

As a systemic psychotherapist, I see that difficulties as well as strengths lie in the relationships that we have to other people. I work with people to understand and address the hurdles in their relationships and build on the strengths that already exist, and may have become difficult to notice or remember. I have found that in discovering, talking about and experiencing new or hidden stories about ourselves, we get space to try new things with each other.

Positive change is a combination of bringing a therapist’s training together with your own expertise about your history, experiences and culture - working together within a safe space is what I look to do in my sessions.
