About me
Emotional and mental pain cannot be seen in a scan or be measured in a blood test. It is invisible, yet may have a painful impact on your life, relationships and wellbeing.
I am an integrative & art psychotherapist and completed an MA with distinction from IATE & UEL. I offer you a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space where you can share your thoughts and feelings with me. I was trained to help you work through them. Together, we will identify the causes to your issues and use talking or creative techniques to improve them. I work collaboratively to meet your therapy's goals.
My holistic approach means that I weave together many techniques and adjust them to suit each individual client. I combine humanistic, psychodynamic and embodied approaches with the latest neurobiological theories. We may use talking therapy or if you choose, we may use art and imagination to help you express what words cannot always describe. I work with adults over the age of 18 and have experience of hundreds of clinical hours working both face to face and online.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have seen clients in private, charity and NHS hospital settings. I work with trauma in its various forms, including survivors of rape and childhood sexual abuse. Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
