As highly skilled and knowledgeable practitioners specialising in the world renowned Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), we offer compassionate expert guidance towards reconnection, healing and greater life success. EFT helps you to change your painful negative relational patterns of ‘blame-defend’ or 'attack-withdraw' into safe emotional connection and functioning. Our practitioners have years of experience working with couples and families and can help with a range of emotional, relational and sexual issues. We help you, your relationships and your family move towards safe and loving emotional connection from being stuck in destructive conflict patterns of attack-withdraw and blame-defend. We also work with individuals (including children and young people) to help with mental health, sexual and relational issues, addictions and interpersonal trauma. We will be conducting all sessions online to avoid disruption to our services. Our well-recognised in the field compassionate practitioners are all registered with or accredited by professional organisations such as the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP), the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP), College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists (COSRT) and Association for Family Therapy (AFT). We all hold at least a master's degree in a psychotherapy or related discipline and have received training in the most evidence-based therapy modality, Emotionally-Focused Therapy. Many of our practitioners are also specialists in other areas such as family therapy, psychosexual therapy, addictions, IFS (Internal Family Systems), Sensory-motor Psychotherapy, Discernment Counselling (when partners are unsure whether divorce or separation is the right course of action). Member organisations *
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).
Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.
Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.
All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

Please note that our practitioners set their own fees and therefore you will find out the exact fees from your practitioners. Some of our practitioners also offer longer sessions with the fees adjusted accordingly.
When we work
We are open every day including some Saturdays and have availability during the day and in the evenings. Please, enquire about availability and Free 20-min initial telephone consultation.
