About me

Hello and a warm welcome to my profile. Are you struggling with anxiety? Are you always overthinking and worrying? Are you constantly thinking something bad is going to happen? Living with anxiety is limiting and exhausting. I realise that reaching out for help takes courage, choosing the right Counsellor is important. I have been described as having a warm and compassionate approach. When I work with you I can share some useful coping strategies, and by using compassionate curiosity, and always working at your pace, we can gently explore what’s at the root of your anxiety and find a way forward for you.

I can share various ways of managing and overcoming your anxiety. I can help you: identify and manage your triggers, learn how to deal with your negative thoughts, learn useful grounding techniques and breathing exercises, confront the situation step by step, and explore the feelings underlying your anxiety.

Please do get in contact if you want to know more. I offer a free 15-minute telephone or online video consultation for a brief discussion about what you would like support with and to answer any questions you might have. Beginning counselling can feel like a big step and I appreciate it is important for you to feel comfortable about the process.
