 Couples counselling
Relationships can be one of the most rewarding—and most challenging—parts of life.

You may be:

  • Arguing more than usual
  • Struggling to communicate without things escalating
  • Feeling emotionally distant or disconnected with past hurts
  • Struggling to move forward after an affair
  • Unable to agree on parenting styles

By working together, I help couples slow things down, understand what’s really happening beneath the surface, and find new ways of relating to each other.
