I am a professional private Practitioner based in the heart of Exeter, Devon, that offers a safe and confidential place to talk about the challenges or issues the may be confusing, troubling, painful or uncomfortable for you.

I have regular personal therapy as part of my core personal development for practising in this field, and attending regular CPDs, - Couple Work Therapy (Tavistock Relationships) Family Therapy (University of Exeter) , Eating Disorder (University of Exeter - MOOD Disorder) Domestic Violence, Domestic Abuse, Sleep therapy, Trauma, Identity.
I'm currently in the last year of undertaking MSc in Psychological Therapies Practice and Research at University of Exeter. I'm BACP registered member and working toward the accreditation, and I'm member or BPC (British Psychoanalytic Council) and PPA (Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy Association). I graduated from University of Exeter with a BSc (Hons) in Psychology in 2009. I completed Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling at Exeter College, Devon in 2014.
I also have background in business.
