About me

I have a passion for people, to understand them and hear their journey to this point. Being able to be present and hear the person I am with is at the core of what I do.

I am honest and open and want to provide a warm welcoming space for you to come and be you. There are no expectations, just time to be, some sessions will be about getting to know each other and building up trust, I will always move at your pace and you will always be in control.

I will walk alongside you in your journey of healing, discovery and change. I will truly listen and hear your story. Supporting you to feel your own strength to move forward. There will be no judgment but understanding, compassion, and interest in you and your journey.

I have extensive experience of working with young people and adults. I have worked within schools supporting young people to communicate their needs, feelings and emotions in ways that are understood. I have worked with additional support needs and behavioural issues among other worries and concerns.

I have worked within the fields of addiction, homelessness and the criminal justice system working within prisons and within the community. I have the ability to adapt my skills so I can work with young people from the age of 5 - 18 and adults.
