About me

If you are reading this page the chances are you're experiencing emotional or physical difficulties in your life, and I can help!

Having been through the process of choosing the right therapist myself I know it can be a bit daunting, so well done for taking the first steps on your journey to healing. I offer a free initial telephone consultation as an opportunity to see if I am the right therapist for you and, how we may work together.

I practice Multi-Model or 'Integrative' Psychotherapy, with a person centred, as well as a holistic and creative approach (for example sandplay therapy & beach walk & talk therapy). I continue to attend CPD workshops and training courses to expand on areas of my Advanced Diploma in Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy.

Not one type of therapy fits all and together we will explore what works best for you.

I truly care about my clients and nurture the working relationships that bring positive change to their lives.

About you:

Are you experiencing presenting issues such as anxiety, addiction, depression, sexual issues, eating issues, stress, relationship issues, childhood & young persons issues, sexuality, phobias, or any issues you feel are interrupting your basic day to day functioning and reaching your potential.

How I Can Help:

I pride myself on creating a therapeutic space which is relaxed, informal, comfortable, safe, warm, 100% confidential and non-judgemental.

Together we can explore the root causes of your issues and work towards long-lasting resolutions.

I also offer online sessions via zoom video, telephone counselling or WhatsApp chat, and if like me you love nature - walk and talk social distanced therapy sessions on Shoreham Beach.

Feel free to contact me anytime.

Member organisations

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
