About me
Hi, thank you for taking the time to look at my profile. My name is Tom and I am the owner and founder of Best Life Therapies.
I am a fully qualified counsellor, life coach and hypnotherapist. Throughout my life, I have experienced some very difficult personal issues and turned to Counselling, Coaching and Hypnotherapy to help improve areas of my life. I now have a real passion to help others process and overcome the difficulties they have experienced in there own lives.
At Best Life Therapies, I have a dedicated therapy room to help make my clients feel relaxed and comfortable. I use a combination of counselling, coaching and hypnotherapy to help with many issues such as depression, life direction, stress, anxiety, relationship problems, anger management, addiction, negative thoughts & many other issues.

I have been in Private practice for a number of years, working both in person, online, via telephone and when required home visits.
I am a member of the National Counselling & Psychotherapy society, the National Hypnotherapy society and the Association for Coaching.
