About me
Hi, I’m Tom, founder of Best Life Therapies.
I am a qualified counsellor, coach and clinical hypnotherapist offering structured, practical support for people who want more than surface-level talking therapy. My work focuses on clarity, emotional regulation, confidence and internal stability, helping clients understand what is really driving their patterns and how to change them at the root.
Sessions are blended and tailored, drawing from counselling, coaching and hypnotherapy approaches as appropriate. This allows us to work both with present-day difficulties and the underlying emotional and behavioural patterns that keep them in place.
I work with a wide range of issues including anxiety, stress, low mood, confidence, relationship difficulties, emotional overwhelm, anger, addictive or compulsive behaviours, and feeling stuck or directionless in life.
Best Life Therapies offers a calm, private therapy space designed to help clients feel safe, focused and supported while doing meaningful internal work.
If you would like to ask any questions or arrange an initial consultation, you’re very welcome to get in touch.

Further Information
My work is not surface-level talking therapy. I offer structured, identity-led sessions that combine counselling, coaching and hypnotherapy approaches to help people understand what is really driving their emotional patterns — and how to change them at the root.
I specialise in working with clients who feel emotionally overwhelmed, stuck, directionless, or disconnected from themselves, as well as those struggling with anxiety, stress, low mood, confidence difficulties, anger, relationship problems, addictive or compulsive behaviours, and the impact of past experiences or trauma.
A central focus of my work is helping clients rebuild internal stability, emotional regulation, confidence and personal authority — so that change is not just felt in sessions, but carried into everyday life.
Sessions are practical, grounded and tailored to the individual. My aim is not to “fix” clients, but to help them see themselves clearly, strengthen their internal capacity, and move forward with clarity and intent.
