About me
I offer a personal journey for young people (14+) and adults to achieve their goals, through supportive counselling, hypnotherapy, supervision, in-person, online and by phone.
Psycho-spiritual counselling helps you find your real self and bring about a transformation of the way you live. Whether you identify with a faith, or even of no particular faith, psycho-spiritual counselling supports that deeper aspect of growth and development as you move through depression, anxiety, anger, life transitions between adolescence and adulthood, mid-life, retirement transition and death, sexuality, gender, relationships, grief and bereavement, abuse, domestic violence, childhood sexual abuse and trauma. The goal of purpose, meaning, autonomy, control, joy, and positive relationship can all grow in a process of introspection, reflection and patience.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have been working privately since 2014 as a spiritual counsellor and hypnotherapist. I have 24 years of experience working with young people and adults. I also have experience of working with survivors of rape and sexual abuse in a centre in Wiltshire where I had further training in trauma recovery.
I work with people moving through life transitions often triggered by anxiety, depression and life purpose and meaning. Trauma, anger, grief, loss, gender, sexuality, relationships are common issues for therapy focusing on human needs like life direction, control, positive relationship attachment and joy.
