About me
I am a person centred counsellor who draws on wider theoretical approaches and life and professional experience to create a tailor made space for every client. I work with clients from 12 years onwards. I work with teenagers and younger adults as well as parents who seek more positive relationships with their children.
I can offer you a comfortable space in person or online, to explore and discover your core self. As a teenager or younger adult you might benefit from exploring how you have become who you are, who you want to be and how you want to be in the world. A therapeutic relationship helps to build the skills to act on and build healthier choices and patterns.
Perhaps as a parent you are perplexed, exhausted or at a loss as to how you can support your child to navigate their issues, or do you feel out of control and yearn for a more calm and connected household? I can support you to find the tools to reduce power struggles and ensure everyone feels like a winner.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

My sessions are 60 minutes. I offer in-person counselling from Hawkerland in East Devon at £45 per session for adults and £35 for 11 to 18 year olds and anywhere in the world online via Zoom at £40 per session for adults, £30 per session for 11 to 18 year olds.
I also offer Walk and Talk at Exmouth and Budleigh Salterton or on the beach at Budleigh all at £50 per session.
I have quite a bit of flexibility in terms of days and times including evenings.
