About me

I work with young adults, parents and young people from age 13 onwards and who experience relationship struggles in family, social, school or work situations,  or who would like to explore the sources of their anxiety or depression and discover ways to feel better moving forward.

I work with teachers who are experiencing challenges like overload and its impact on job satisfaction, overwhelm, impact of work on personal relationships, student compliance issues, etc.

I draw on different counselling theories as well as personal and professional experience to create a tailor made thereapeutic experience for each client.
