About me

I work with clients of any age including teenagers, young adults and parents who seek more positive relationships with their children. I have an enhanced DBS and I am on the NCPS Children and Young People Register.

Perhaps as a parent you are perplexed, exhausted or at a loss as to how you can support your child to navigate their issues, or you feel out of control and yearn for a more calm and connected household? I can support you to find the tools to reduce power struggles and ensure everyone feels like a winner.

Maybe you are an adult who struggles with anxiety or depression, ADHD or other diagnosis, low self-esteem or the impact of childhood or later trauma. Perhaps you have family or relationship issues or you are experiencing a particularly difficult time and would like some support to navigate your way through it. I can support you to explore your difficulty and find the tools to move forward with peace.
