About me

I decided to become a counsellor as I understand how life can be challenging and it can be hard to know what to do.

I am an experienced, accredited, Integrative Relational counsellor  Helping You Navigate Life’s Challenges with Compassion and Understanding

Are you feeling overwhelmed, depressed, anxious, or stuck? Perhaps you’re struggling with relationships, self-doubt, or past experiences that still affect you today. Whatever you’re facing, you don’t have to go through it alone

As an Integrative Relational Counsellor, I offer a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where we can explore your thoughts and emotions together. My approach is tailored to your unique needs, drawing on different therapeutic techniques to help you gain insight, develop resilience, and create meaningful change

I work with individuals, couples and young people offering support with:

✔ Anxiety, stress, and overwhelm

✔ Relationship difficulties

✔ Low self-esteem and confidence issues

✔ Grief and loss

✔ Trauma and past experiences

✔ Feeling stuck or lost in life

I believe that healing happens through relationships—both with ourselves and others. By working relationally, we can explore how past and present experiences shape the way you think, feel, and interact with the world. Together we will create a therapeutic relationship that fosters self-awareness, emotional growth and lasting change.

Taking the first step towards counselling can feel daunting, but it’s also a sign of strength. If you would like to explore working together, I offer a free initial consultation where we can discuss your needs and how I can support you. I am able to offer you in person, group, 1-1 and online counselling or a mixture of online and in person.

Feel free to get in touch—I look forward to hearing from you.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
