About me
Are you looking for help? Stuck in life and wanting to move on? I would like to help. I offer online sessions for clients with all kinds of problems including anxiety and depression, relationship issues and so on. I have a warm and friendly personality and work to the highest standard, always keeping confidentiality.
I am trained in Person Centred counselling with extra qualifications in the science of behaviours and practice of Cognitive Behavioural therapy. I work using all my qualifications to use the best approach for you.
My training and practice in my various roles have taught me how to use the skills of active listening, responding with empathy and without judgement in a person-centred approach whilst respecting the individual’s right to confidentiality.
