About us
We are a Team of Clinical Experts that offer psychological assessments, individual therapy, group therapy and couples' counselling. Our Experts have strong NHS background as well as experience in corporate and private settings. We deliver the best quality of care maintaining high professional standards. Our Clinicians are highly trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Compassion-Focussed Therapy, Narrative Exposure Therapy, Cognitive Analytic Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Integrative Therapy, Exposure Response Prevention, and trauma intervention such as Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), including the Flash Technique.
Training, qualifications & experience
Our clinicians are qualified in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Radically Open Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (RO-DBT), Person-Centred Counselling, Compassion-Focussed Therapy (CFT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Narrative Exposure Therapy (NET), Couples counselling, Group therapy, Child Psychotherapy and Clinical Supervision.

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
