About me

I am a highly qualified and dedicated professional with extensive experience in providing therapeutic support to diverse client populations. My practice is backed by comprehensive insurance coverage, a clear Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, and certification from The National Counselling Society (NCS). In addition to my formal qualifications, I am committed to continuous professional development (CPD) and have completed specialised training in several key areas.

Specifically, my expertise lies in working with children and young adults, utilising the highly effective sandy therapy approach to address their unique needs. Furthermore, I am well-versed in trauma-focused therapy, having received specialised training in this area. My expertise also extends to providing compassionate support to individuals dealing with abuse and domestic violence, guiding them toward healing and empowerment. I have a proven track record in assisting clients struggling with suicidal ideation, low self-esteem, and complex relationship dynamics, including couples and parental relationships.

My experience includes working with children and young adults on a wide range of challenges, including bereavement, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), anxiety, panic attacks, and various fears, such as phobias and restless legs syndrome. Having completed the Bereavement Support Foundation Course offered by Cruse Bereavement Support, I am well-equipped to provide sensitive and effective bereavement support to individuals and families coping with loss. I take pride in my ability to establish strong rapport with clients and create a safe, non-judgmental space for their healing journey.

My approach is informed by evidence-based practices and tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. I have received positive feedback from both clients and supervisors, highlighting my commitment to delivering high-quality therapeutic interventions. With a passion for helping others and a wealth of experience, I am dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of those I serve.

Further information

Hey you!

I had been working as a coach in fitness and massage therapist for more than 40 years, and as nurse associate in my country for more than 20 years.

Since I came to England I had been working as massage therapist, wellness advice. As I like the hospital environment and care about people, I am working as a HCA in the local hospital as well.

My course as counselling and psychotherapist was a great step to grow my skills and help more intensely people to dealing with their limitations. As soon I started with placements and private clients I saw the benefits on my clients with my experience.

I started to have some clients on my placements since 2018, and working with Cruse Bereavement and Little Miracles since 2021.

I hope, those who still in doubt to try a counsellor, must think about having a person that will be there for you, where you will be safe, who will listen without judgement and expect you to see how great you are!

I will be ready for you.
