About us
We are a registered charity which is committed to making affordable counselling available to as many people as possible. This is because we believe passionately in the power of counselling to bring about positive change.
We are able to offer counselling either face to face, online or by phone, using the communication method which is most convenient for each individual client.
Our team of counsellors are all fully qualified and have a broad range of experience. We are able to offer several different modalities, including person-centred, integrative and psychodynamic counselling, cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), bereavement counselling, trauma therapy, couple counselling, NLP, life coaching and counselling for children and young people.
Whether you are seeking a space to process specific diagnoses or looking for support through a difficult season, we offer tailored counselling for:
- Emotional & Mood Difficulties: Managing daily stress, deep-seated depression, severe anxiety, or overwhelming loneliness.
- Complex Mental Health & Traits: Navigating obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), managing anger management strategies, or exploring neurodivergent experiences including autism.
- Crisis & Deep Trauma: Supporting those experiencing suicidal thoughts, processing past or present abuse, and healing from acute or chronic trauma.
- Relationships & Life Transitions: Working through complex family issues, addressing intimacy and sex problems, or finding your footing after bereavement.
- Self-Development & Habits: Overcoming addiction, breaking negative cycles and rebuilding low self-esteem.
No matter what you are facing, we are here to provide a safe, confidential, and affordable space to help you heal and grow.
