About us

We are a registered charity which is committed to making low cost counselling available to as many people as possible. This is because we believe passionately in the power of counselling to bring about positive change.

We have adapted quickly to the restrictions imposed as a result of the global pandemic and are able to offer counselling either face to face or remotely, using the communication method which is most convenient for each individual client.

Our team of counsellors are all fully qualified and have a broad range of experience. We are able to offer several different modalities, including person-centred, integrative and psychodynamic counselling, cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), bereavement counselling, trauma therapy, couple counselling, hypnotherapy, life coaching and counselling for children and young people.

Training, qualifications & experience

All our counsellors are qualified to at least Diploma in Counselling level (Level 4). Many have additional qualifications and experience in areas such as mental health, bereavement, CBT, couple counselling, trauma, childhood sexual abuse.

Our counsellors are all insured, have supervision and have membership of a professional organisation. Our counsellors who work with children and young people all have an Enhanced DBS check.
