About me
Hi, my name is Tracy. I have a Post Grad Dip Psychotherapeutic Counselling, TA (Transactional Analysis.) I offer therapy on Zoom, Face to Face and Outdoor Therapy.
If you are reading this, then you have made a brave and courageous decision to seek support. Life gets so difficult at times and it throws up so many challenges. They can, quite often, leave us feeling stressed, anxious, not ourselves, overwhelmed and it is and can be a very frightening and uncomfortable place.

I have been a Qualified Nurse for over 37yrs. I am retiring from Nursing this year. Now, I am passionate about what I do as a Therapist. I find it humbling and rewarding.
People and their Mental Health are very important to me. I have had TA Psychotherapy Counselling myself, and it has really helped me find my "true self."
Some years ago I found myself in a very unhealthy, unhappy and difficult place. I had Psychotherapeutic Counselling TA and now I am in a very good, happy. beautiful and peaceful place. I am enjoying life.
I love the outdoors. I am intrigued by it. I love the fresh air and getting in touch with who and what we share our beautiful planet with.

I have spent 5yrs completing this course. I have been seeing clients for approx 4yrs. During this time, in different settings, I have seen and helped clients with complex issues. In general I have helped all my clients to be where they want to be in life......a better place, regardless of what their issues have been.
I have a wide range of expertise in many Mental Health issues. Too many to mention here.
I continue to complete Education and CPD. This keeps me updated, therefore I will endeavour to offer my clients the best possible service.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).
Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.
Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.
All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
