About me

I am a person-centred counsellor and psychotherapist for children, young people and adults. I offer an empathetic, non judgemental and congruent environment for therapy. The sessions are led by you, the client, and I aim to enable you to explore and start to process your thoughts, feelings, experiences and any issues to improve and enhance your self awareness.  I aspire to develop a trusting, therapeutic relationship with you where we work collaboratively to empower you in your life.

I am able to work face-to-face, telephone, online and home visits.
