About me
Greetings and a warm welcome,
We all need to be listened to. Perhaps you feel anxious, depressed, stuck, or lost. Are you ready to explore why this may be? When we feel safe to speak openly and be heard deeply, we can begin to make sense of who we are, what we want, and how things might be different.
I will provide a safe place for you to explore feelings. Week by week, in a calm space, we begin to think about the present, reflect on the past and ponder the future. Therapy can feel daunting, but it may be the most worthwhile thing you ever do.
I work with clients who experience:
Anxiety, panic attacks, or stress
Depression, emptiness, or a sense of being lost
Unhelpful patterns of behaviours
Addictive tendencies
Relationship difficulties
Processing grief, loss, or unresolved trauma
Exploring sexuality or gender identity
Healing from past experiences, including abuse or neglect
About Me
I am a qualified Integrative Therapist with over a decade of experience teaching somatic movement practices. Holding a BA in Integrative Counselling from Greenwich University, I am also a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), ensuring a high standard of ethical and professional care.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and holistic. Therapy isn’t just about talking—it’s about deep self-exploration in a safe, nurturing environment. I believe in the powerful connection between mind and body, and together, we will explore both your emotional and physical experiences to help you move toward healing and self-understanding.
Experience & Qualifications
Besides my work as a therapist, I am a trained Yoga, Taoist, and Meditation teacher. I regularly lead group classes and workshops focused on healing trauma and supporting survivors of domestic and sexual abuse.
My experience includes working with specialist addiction services, brain injury charities, and mental health organisations. I currently also work at a sexual abuse charity. This broad experience allows me to tailor therapy to each individual, drawing from a variety of therapeutic approaches.
My Approach
Therapy is for everyone, and sessions are 50 minutes long, taking place at a regular time each week. The process is open-ended, meaning we will decide together how long to work together based on your needs and goals.
While I primarily practice Integrative talking therapy, I also incorporate:
Mindfulness and breathwork
Therapeutic yoga and movement
Compassion-based exercises
This whole-body approach helps build a toolkit for long-term well-being.
Next Steps
If you’re curious about whether therapy with me is the right fit, I welcome your enquiries. Reach out via email to arrange an initial consultation, where we can discuss your needs and explore how we might work together.
You don’t have to navigate this alone. A more connected, empowered version of yourself is possible—and therapy can be the first step toward it.

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Additional information
Feeling comfortable with your choice of therapist is essential for effective counselling. I find it helpful to have one or two initial assessment sessions, to give us both a bit more time to get to know each other and find out if we can work together. My session fee is £75 for a 50 minute session.
I am happy to work on either a short term or longer term basis. In practice I am used to working with clients for any period from a single session to multiple years. Shorter term work may often involve resolving an immediate crisis or learning practical skills / strategies. Longer term work can focus on resolving more complex issues or examining any contributing underlying factors.
Before starting therapy, I am happy to answer any questions you may have in a phone call.

Further information
Therapy can stir up many emotions that have been hidden or unprocessed, which might include potential negative side effects. It is really important to feel able to discuss this in advance and make sensible plans to manage any increase in distress.
In order to be the best possible counsellor that I can be for my clients and in accordance with BACP guidelines I work under ongoing professional supervision from a senior practitioner.
My commitment to professional and personal development means that I regularly undertake further training in the form of counselling courses, workshops, research and reading.
If you have any questions, please do contact me and l'll be happy to discuss things further with you.
