About me
Hi, my name is Olga and I am an accredited member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society. With a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and extensive experience in Mental health departments, I'm dedicated to providing compassionate and effective therapy. I specialize in a holistic approach to therapy, blending solution-focused techniques with elements of acceptance and change. My belief in the uniqueness of each individual drives my practice, as I tailor sessions to meet the specific needs and goals of my clients. I offer the convenience of online therapy through telephone calls, Teams, Zoom, or WhatsApp.
Training, qualifications & experience
I hold a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and bring over a decade of hands-on experience in mental health departments to my practice. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working with diverse populations and addressing a wide range of mental health concerns. My training has equipped me with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide effective counselling services.
Beyond my formal education and professional experience, I also draw upon my own life journey. My personal experiences have deepened my empathy and understanding of the human condition, enriching my approach to therapy. I believe that my blended approach of formal training, professional experience, and personal insights allows me to offer holistic and compassionate support to those I work with.
