About me

Hi, I'm Olga, and I'm here to support you on your journey to healing and personal growth. Whether you are facing anxiety, grief, depression, stress, or any other emotional challenges, know that you don't have to go through it alone. I offer a safe and welcoming space where you can feel heard and understood.

Together, through talking therapy, we will explore your feelings and experiences to foster meaningful changes that lead to a more fulfilling life. I see you as a whole person and tailor my approach to your unique needs and goals, blending solution-focused techniques with elements of acceptance, change, and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT). My goal is to help you find balance and well-being in a way that feels right for you.

I offer online counselling sessions through telephone calls, Teams, Zoom, or WhatsApp. Feel free to call me for an initial consultation- there's no obligation. It's important to find someone who suits your needs and personality.

Training, qualifications & experience

I hold a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and bring over a decade of hands-on experience in mental health departments to my practice. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working with diverse populations within the Mental Health Sector. My training has equipped me with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide effective counselling services.

Beyond my formal education and professional experience, I also draw upon my own life journey. My personal experiences have deepened my empathy and understanding of the human condition, enriching my approach to counselling. I believe my blended approach of formal training, professional experience, and personal insights allows me to offer holistic and compassionate support to those I work with.
