My ongoing personal passion is studying the differences in brain development according to primary hormones (oestrogens, progesterone, testosterone) and how this affects our gender and brain development. Our early Attachments and how this can affect the nature and type of relationships we have with others as adults.
I have experience of working with both men and women from abusive or traumatic childhoods and historical sexual abuse; how this affects our subsequent intimate relationships and our sense of self and body image. Professional support can help to improve our future by supporting this healing and resolution, regaining our sense of empowerment and pleasure in life.
I am passionate about improving fertility chances for individuals and couples, working towards conception by becoming aware of our complex emotions and feelings this may bring up for people during this time.
I have experience in working with anxiety states and depression resulting from major life change.
