About me
I have been in the counselling profession for over two decades, and have helped many clients to get their lives back on track. I know how hard it can be to seek help, and I have learnt from my own life struggles that it is possible to completely turn your life around.
I am a qualified counsellor, psychotherapist, supervisor and have trained counsellors at one of the countries most prominent colleges, along with working for the WEA and the South Hams District Council, Anxiety UK, along with others.
I truly believe that counselling and teaching others to counsel, is a privilege, and I love my work with a passion. I have worked successfully with a wide range of issues including: abuse, anxiety, panic attacks, depression, anger issues, low self esteem, low self confidence, feeling sad, and generalised anxiety disorder, and more recently I have been adapting my trauma training to support people with issues relating trauma.
I work with a range of techniques and models and adapt my approach depending on what you need.
