About me

I have been in the counselling profession for nearly two decades, and have helped many clients to get their lives back on track. I know how hard it can be to seek help, and I have learnt from my own life struggles that it is possible to completely turn your life around.

I have practiced as a counsellor, psychotherapist, supervisor and have trained counsellors at one of the countries most prominent colleges, along with working for the WEA and the South Hams District Council.

I truly believe that counselling and teaching others to counsel, is a privilege and I love my work with a passion.

I work with a range of techniques and models and adapt my approach depending on what you need.

I will not waste your time, and a short conversation should help us both decide if we could work together.

I offer A free initial consultation.

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a counsellor's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the counsellor to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
