About me

I have been in the counselling profession for nearly two decades, and have helped many clients to get their lives back on track. I know how hard it can be to seek help, and I have learnt from my own life struggles that it is possible to completely turn your life around.

I am a qualified counsellor, psychotherapist, supervisor and have trained counsellors at one of the countries most prominent colleges, along with working for the WEA and the South Hams District Council.

I truly believe that counselling and teaching others to counsel, is a privilege, and I love my work with a passion. I have worked successfully with a wide range of issues including: anxiety, panic attacks, depression, anger issues, low self esteem, low self confidence, feeling sad, and generalised anxiety disorder, and more recently I have been adapting my trauma training to support people with issues relating to the Covid-19 pandemic.

I work with a range of techniques and models and adapt my approach depending on what you need.

I will not waste your time, and a short conversation should help us both decide if we could work together. I am a compassionate and professional practitioner, and I look forward to having a chat about how we might work together.

I offer a free initial consultation.

Please call or text 07886 867002, if I cannot pick up please leave a message - this is a secure line - and I will get back to you promptly.
