I am an experienced Counsellor and Supervisor based in Sidcup and Bromley, working from a client centred base with Adults, Children, Adolescents and Young People, incorporating aspects of Integrative therapies tailored to your individual needs.

Helping you deal with issues including Anxiety, relationship issues, anger, depression, phobias, loss and bereavement. Experienced working in NHS, Education and community settings. Availability at flexible times. Includes evenings and weekend appointments to fit around your schedule.

I am currently accepting offers of work from schools in Bromley, Bexley, Sevenoaks, Dartford, Lewisham and Greenwich boroughs to provide a high standard of support as a School Counsellor. I also work as a Diversity Specialist, and was a speaker for World Suicide Prevention Day on September 10th at the Piccadilly Theatre in London.

Would you like a space just for you, to share your feelings with someone where there is empathy and understanding, a journey with enhanced listening and the freedom to release whatever is weighing you down? Maybe you have been considering talking to someone but felt anxious or unsure which way to turn, to take the first step towards therapeutic support.

As an experienced Therapeutic Counsellor and Supervisor, I'm skilled in providing support to Children, Young People and Adults, Substance Misuse and addiction clients, students and trainee counsellors, tailored to individual needs and concerns you have.

As well as being a member of the BACP, I have passed the certificate of proficiency, an enhanced level of quality in practice.

I am a Qualified Substance Misuse Counsellor and trained Bereavement Counsellor.  I recognise the difficulties faced in the process of grief and coping with loss. The feelings of anxiety, sadness, depression, anger, disbelief and shock. I am able to support those struggling with addictions across the scale, from seeking recovery, abstinence and the journey along the way. I work with addictions and related patterns, such as the impacts on your relationships.
A trained school Counsellor, I work with children of all ages (4-18 yrs). I work in Primary and Secondary schools, a specialist centre with talking and creative therapies, local services and other settings with children and young people.

I started my journey working with Complex Mental Health issues 18 years ago within the South London and Maudesley Trust.

I provide one to one counselling for both long and shorter term work. This could be a structured contract of 6-10 sessions, or ongoing where there are issues you would like to explore in more depth. There is no time limit.

I have over 20 years experience working with diverse communities, and incorporate culture and faith into my work as therapist. I work with clients with Complex Mental Health needs and those whose first language is not English. I support access to therapy for local minority groups, and Women's health. I have a particular interest in this area, including post natal depression, children of a post natal mother and related attachment issues, and impact of women's health conditions on the mind and body.

The therapy space is calm and welcoming, with ample parking and direct transport links outside both practices.
My practice in Sidcup is in the High Street with free parking. A brand new therapy centre with peaceful rooms.
I have a central location in Bromley town centre. It's close to all amenities, direct parking and transport links, bus stop outside.

Home visits may be available for those with relevant needs.

I cover all local areas - including Swanley, Dartford and villages, Sidcup, Bromley, Bexley, Croydon, Eltham, Sevenoaks, Orpington, Lewisham, Greenwich and surrounding towns. I am able to see you if you are in another borough or local area too.

Member organisations

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
