About me
It’s pretty overwhelming to be faced with pages upon pages of different therapist profiles in your search for the right fit for you. But the fact that you’re here, perhaps reluctantly considering help, is a testament to your journey towards a life that you deserve. You have already taken an incredibly powerful and courageous step forward, just by visiting this website.
Imagine that your mind is like an attic full of boxes and each box holds a part of your life. You might have a ‘box’ for your family, a box for your significant other, a box for your job, a box for your childhood, your friends, your identity, your body… there could be hundreds of boxes. In our work, you choose which box we take a look at and I will move alongside you. Perhaps we’ll find something in a box that you don’t think serves you anymore and want to remove. Perhaps we’ll rearrange or reframe what’s in a box so that the “stuff” in there feels more manageable. It’s possible that some of your boxes are connected in some way, influencing what resides in each, which I can help you to understand better.
I don’t suspect that you wish to read through hundreds of words to find the part that resonates with you. You are already here for a valid reason and I believe that you already know what you’re looking for. Instead, I welcome you to contact me for a free 20-minute introductory session so that we can get to know each other better and establish any goals that you might have. I reserve all day Mondays and Fridays for these introductory sessions, as well as 9am and 8pm on Tuesday - Thursday.
