About me
It’s pretty overwhelming to be faced with pages upon pages of different profiles in your search for the right fit for you. But the fact that you’re here, perhaps reluctantly considering help, is a testament to your journey towards a life that you deserve. You have already taken an incredibly powerful and courageous step forwards just by visiting this directory website.
I like to use a visual metaphor to describe the way we could work together. Imagine that your mind is like an attic full of boxes and each box holds a part of your life. You might have a ‘box’ for your early years, a 'box' for your significant other, a 'box' for your job, a 'box' for your school experiences . Or perhaps a 'box' for your friends, your identity, your body, your hobbies. There could be hundreds of boxes and some of them might contain some hurt and pain. I invite you to take a look inside your imaginary boxes with me. We might find something in one of your boxes that doesn't serve you to be in there anymore, like some deeply ingrained assumptions about yourself, others, or the world as a whole. Perhaps we’ll rearrange or reframe what’s in some of your boxes so that the stuff in there feels more manageable. It’s possible that the contents of some boxes has something to do with what's in some of your other boxes, which I can help you to understand better.
