About me
Hi, I’m Tina, a BACP-registered Integrative therapist dedicated to helping you navigate life’s challenges and achieve emotional well-being. I specialise in providing a supportive, non-judgmental space to explore issues such as anxiety, depression, shame, anger, trauma, stress, bereavement and relationship difficulties, as well as fostering deeper self-understanding and personal growth.
Life’s difficulties can sometimes feel overwhelming, and in those moments, having an experienced guide to walk alongside you through the depths of pain and uncertainty can make a meaningful difference.
My professional service provides a dynamic and supportive context for reflection and self-inquiry. Together, we’ll delve into your emotions, feelings, and experiences, creating a catalyst for meaningful change and growth. This process includes addressing life and relationship challenges, exploring your needs, and navigating broader relational or familial systems. Additionally, I offer a space for emotional respite, quietude, and healing.

In each session, you’ll be welcomed into a space where you can be completely open and honest about what you’re going through — without fear of judgment. As you share, I may ask prompting questions that feel relevant and important, aimed at clarifying and structuring your thoughts, witnessing what needs to be seen and understanding where you’re hurting and what support you need.
___
As an Integrative counsellor, I believe each person is unique and requires a tailored approach to meet their needs and goals. I draw from various theoretical models, including humanistic, cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), psychodynamic, and embodied psychotherapy, offering holistic and compassionate support.
___
I am committed to anti-oppressive and culturally sensitive inclusive practice, and affirming the experiences of LGBTQIA+ individuals and those with neurodivergence.
___
Each session is £60 for 50 minutes and you can choose to have it in person, online or by phone.
If you are interested in working with me, please get in touch to arrange a free consultation. This will help us determine if we are a good fit for each other and allow me to understand how I can best support you.

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
