About me

Hi, I’m Tina, a BACP-registered integrative psychotherapist. I’m dedicated to supporting individuals and couples to navigate life’s challenges and move towards greater emotional well-being and healing.

I offer a supportive, non-judgmental space to explore issues such as anxiety, depression, shame, anger, trauma, stress, bereavement, and relationship difficulties, while also fostering deeper self-understanding and personal growth. Please find further areas of support on my list below.

Life’s difficulties can sometimes feel overwhelming, and in those moments, having a guide to walk alongside you through the depths of pain, challenges, and uncertainty can make a meaningful difference.

My professional service provides a dynamic and supportive context for reflection and self-inquiry. Together, we’ll delve into your emotions, feelings, and experiences, creating a catalyst for meaningful change and growth. This process includes addressing life and relationship challenges, exploring your needs, and navigating broader relational or familial systems.

In each session, you’ll be welcomed into a space where you can speak openly and honestly about what you’re going through. I may ask focused questions to help clarify your thoughts, witness what needs to be seen, and explore where you're hurting and how I can support you.

My approach is relational and trauma-informed, drawing on both talk therapy and somatic awareness. As an Integrative psychotherapist, I tailor therapy to meet your unique needs and goals, drawing from a range of models including humanistic, psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), psychosexual, and embodied somatic psychotherapy.

I’m committed to anti-oppressive, culturally sensitive practice and to affirming the experiences of LGBTQIA+ individuals and those who are neurodivergent.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
