About us

At the Apsley Clinic, we have a team of dedicated Practitioners who can assess, treat, and support your mental health needs within just 72 hours of referral. We strive to support you as soon as possible, offering a range of Psychological therapies, including Psychotherapy and Counselling.

Our experienced medical professionals put your Mental Health needs first. We are proud to provide a high quality multi-disciplinary team of therapists and Mental Health Practitioners to provide Psychological support that is client centred and tailored to you. Our goal is to make you feel better as quickly as possible.

We also offer ADHD and Autism diagnostic assessments online and face to face. Please see our assessment pages which can be found here.

With years of experience, our multi-disciplinary team will assess you and create a personalised recovery plan that's right for you.

The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.

As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.

UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

Our team will objectively assess your mental health needs and collaboratively decide upon the best treatment option with you may it be therapy or other services.

If you do not require or want treatment after the consultation, you will still get your formulation letter posted to you within 2 weeks of the consultation which is included in the price.
