About me

Hey there! My name is Siobhán Farragher. I was born and raised on the West Coast of Ireland, and moved to England when I was 19 years old.

I am a compassionate and dedicated integrative counsellor passionate about guiding individuals through life's challenges. I work with young people from 16yrs old, adults and seniors.

My journey into counselling is a deeply personal one; I've sat on the other side of the counselling room, facing my own struggles. This firsthand experience taught me the courage it takes to seek help and the transformative power of empathetic support. It is this understanding that fuels my commitment to helping others navigate their own paths to healing and growth.

My passion for counselling stems from a genuine desire to empower others. I firmly believe that everyone possesses the strength to overcome their own obstacles; sometimes, they just need someone to walk with them on that journey.

How I work to support you

I am an integrative counsellor meaning, I blend various therapeutic approaches to tailor sessions to your unique needs. These techniques are, but not limited to, CBT, Person-Centered, Psychodynamic, Solution-Focused Therapy, DBT, Mindfulness and Motivational Interviewing, This means I don't just offer a one-size-fits-all solution; instead, I collaborate with you, drawing from diverse methods to provide a customised and holistic counselling experience. My approach is warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental, creating a safe space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions freely.
