About me
I'm a dedicated and compassionate Gestalt counsellor offering online and telephone therapy sessions. As a gestalt therapist, my approach is rooted in creating safe and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings and behaviours.
I work with you collaboratively to unlock your potential for growth and self–discovery. I will support you deepen your awareness, and I will help you to identify your needs throughout the process.
In my practice, I integrate gestalt therapy techniques with mindfulness based interventions and somatic awareness. I emphasize the importance of the present moment and encourage you to explore your experiences in the here and now. Through dialogue, experiential exercises, and creative experimentation, you will gain insight into your patterns of behaviour and develop new ways to relating to yourself and others.
My approach is client centred, collaborative and strength base. I believe in the power of therapeutic relationships as a catalyst for change an prioritize building a strong rapport with each client. I am committed to creating a warm, empathetic and non-judgemental environment where clients feel heard, understood and valued.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and abide by their ethical framework. I undertake regular supervision of my work in line with BACP guidelines.
- Professional Diploma in Counselling - The Albany Centre.
- Level 3 Children and young people.
- I participate in regular CPD training.
Along with private practice, I work with a Women's centre and rehab.
Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

I offer a complimentary 30 minute introductory session. Where we will speak about what your needs are and how I can help you.
Following this if you decide you will like to work with me, we will then book you in for weekly 50 minute sessions.
I offer short term therapy and long term therapy.
