About me

Are you waking up daily feeling so overwhelmed by your feelings, not able to catch your thoughts to understand why you feel so isolated or misunderstood? Is this affecting how much you enjoy life and how well you function daily? I have many years of experience offering a space where you can explore and work through the issues concerning you at your pace. Building trust where we can begin to explore together what brings you to therapy. I am trained to be flexible in my approach, led by you, including exploring earliest family relationship memories, raising awareness of current thoughts and feelings and find solutions to reduce any discomfort that brings you here.

I am totally non judgemental, confidential therapist who will respect you and your privacy.

I trained as an NCPS Accredited Intergrative Counsellor and have twelve years experience supporting people with many different issues including anxiety, PTSD, depression, addiction and past traumas to name a few. I use mainly three types of therapy; psychodynamic, person centred and cognitive behavioural techniques dependent on the person and needs.

I look forward to hearing from you. Please email  or text me using the link and we can arrange a time best for you to call to discuss how we can work together

Training, qualifications & experience

  • BSc Psychology Degree with Honors
  • NCS Accredited Integrative Psychodynamic Counsellor

I have twelve years experience of supporting and working with young people and adults who are affected by addiction and also those affected by their loved ones addiction. I now manage the trauma informed therapeutic service for young people and families.

My placement gave me experience of working therapeutically with women who experienced passed trauma and abuse. I had a second placement where I worked with employees referred for a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, loss and bereavement and self-esteem issues.

I have worked voluntarily in the past supporting children who have experienced the loss of loved ones.
