About me
I have supported people for over 20 years in various roles. I have a space for face to face sessions and also offer online and phone sessions. Building trust where we can begin to explore together what brings you to therapy. I am trained to be flexible in my approach, as an Intergrative Counsellor. I use mainly three types of therapy; psychodynamic, person centred and cognitive behavioural techniques dependent on the person and needs. I am also trained in the Rewind method which has an 80 to 90% success rate in reducing the effects of trauma and PTSD.
I look forward to hearing from you. Please email or text me using the link and we can arrange a time best for you to call to discuss how we can work together
